Risk Analysis of Natech Accidents Trigged by Lightnings and Floods

Natural Hazard Triggered Technical Accidents (Natech) cause serious loss of life, environment and property affect life negatively. Risk analysis studies these accidents are important. In this study, it was aimed to analyze the risk Natech for Türkiye. Statistical evaluation made through various databases selecting province organization where application will be made. Because evaluations, two exemplary gas storage organizations (Organization 1: includes 5 cylindrical tanks same volume, Organization 2: 4 volume 1 large spherical tank) were selected within scope legislation in Erzurum, which stands out terms flood lightning risk. Flood-triggered analyzed using preliminary hazard list Fine-Kinney methods, lightning-triggered YILKOMER RADSAN programs. For 2, protection level determined as 3 4, respectively, according effectiveness value. While 34 effects graded with 22 by Fine-Kinney; 37 28 Fine-Kinney. analyses carried out, 2 found more risky triggered both flooding. It can said that situation is because relevant located a congested area organized industry, contains voluminous tanks. important emergency plans prepared considering risks, based on characteristics industrial facility type natural disaster region.
